Refunds

Refunds only qualify for purchases made directly through TooFit.com. Requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates and retail accounts must be directed to the appropriate retailer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds processed through credit card transactions may take 5-7 business days to post to a bank statement, as this is dependent on the financial institution and not on Too Fit’s merchant provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

However, we realize sometimes a return and/or refund is necessary. All we ask is that you have given our products the proper time to have a positive effective on your health and performance.

Order any of our supplements, and if you are unsatisfied in any way, keep it. Crazy? Maybe, but we trust you. Just use any one of our contact options and we’ll give you a refund immediately.

To protect against fraud, the Hassle Free Money Back Guarantee is valid based on the following conditions:

  • First time purchases
  • Redeemable up to 30 days after purchase
  • Must provide receipt or proof of purchase

Fitness, Knowledge, Digital Downloads

Knowledge (literature) and Digital Downloads are not eligible for returns.

Apparel, Gear, and Exchanges -

30-Day Policy: If 30 days have passed since the ship date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Apparel and gear must be returned in unused, unwashed, unworn condition for a refund. Apparel may be exchanged for an alternative size if the wrong size is purchased. The replacement will not be sent out until the original is received.

Apparel not returned in the indicated unused, unwashed, unworn condition is subject to restock fees that will be deducted at the point of refund.
